MCG is a family business, where everything is based on values, care and integrity. When we put our name to something it has to be something we’re proud of and it must stand the test of time.
In 2000 we started out in New Zealand, and with the aid of the internet now have a client base that is truly global. We’re proud to have added value to many hundreds of clients since we set out on our journey over two decades ago.
Our brand and logo are designed to hint at New Zealand’s natural beauty coupled with our collective desire to create elegant solutions for our valued clients.
Meet the management team
Conrad
Managing Director
Conrad is the founder and majority shareholder, starting the business in 2020.
Conrad has a diverse background, having worked in the automotive, building, electrical, IT, agricultural and government sectors. He’s a professional director and trusted digital advisor, having led multi-year, multi-million-dollar digital modernisation programmes.
He now leads the business from his 20 acre retreat in heartland New Zealand.
Rachael
Office Manager/ SharePoint Specialist
Rachael is a fantastic organiser of people and things. Her passion is creating order from chaos, which makes her a great office manager.
In keeping with these attributes, she’s designed and implemented SharePoint as the information hub for a number of organisations.
Rachael is based in Sydney and runs the MCG back office from there.
Caleb
CTO / Senior Developer
Caleb is a digital native who understands IT with a profound depth. He leads the systems development work and is responsible for the creation of MCG Software’s product offerings.
His goal is to work closely with customers to develop something really useful that streamlines business and improves lives.
Caleb’s other passion is flying, for which he holds a commercial pilots license.
